Product Description

 

The professionally produced natural/carbonized bamboo board is a square lumber and board made of pieces of bamboo board pressed by environmentally friendly glue (Finland Tyre glue). It has high density, good toughness, stable structure, not easy to deform, not easy to crack, Wear-resistant and strong and durable.

Bamboo plywood is made of fine layers of bamboo strips laying in parallel order. The strips are kiln dried, sanded smooth and then laminated edge to edge to create a single-ply panel. These panels are then laminated again to each other to create a multi-ply bamboo plywood with free formaldehyde emission. The multi layers are cross-laminated and heat pressed together to provide stability and to prevent warping. 3-4 times more dimensionally stable then Oak. Bamboo plywood comes in 4'x8' unfinished sheets.

Bamboo plywood can be cut and sanded using conventional woodworking equipment. It can also be glued or mechanically fastened using the same materials and fasteners commonly used with wood. Bamboo is a low resin, open grained material that takes stains and finishes exceptionally well.

Chocolate is the dark carbonized color, super dark or black color.


Vertical is side pressed. Bamboo strips are oriented on edge, reducing the visibility of "knuckles", and providing a cleaner, flowing appearance.

How the Bamboo Plywood is made
The bamboo plywood is made of moso bamboo,the bamboo grows up to 1 meter per day and is a rapidly renewable resource for building materials.The bamboo plywood is widely used for flooring,decking,wall-covering,beams,boards and worktops,which meets the highest requirements in terms of use,safety and hardness.

We cut the bamboo into strip and select the strip into different thickness and structure.Then we dry the strip and make the structure as client required.There's vertical structure and horizontal structre.The vertical structure is more steady.
