PROCESSING DETAILS : 


1. Cuting saw sheet  30mm width,1.2mm thickness ensure the amount of glue and the  strength of glue.






2.  Braid bamboo curtain and bamboo mat

Pick up 1.2mm thick bamboo sheets, weave them into bamboo curtains and bamboo mats, and control the gap within 1mm.

3. Dip into the glue




4. Bamboo curtain drying

6. Veneer glue


7. Assembly of base board 

The bamboo curtains are criss-crossed in the middle , and bamboo mat placed on the bamboo curtain

8.  Film coating  Place veneers above and below, and then film coating.
