Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in inner box and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: Normally the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-10 days.
 We can also make samples as your design. but the customers have to pay the express cost.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Regular order can be delivered within 15 days

Q6: About freight:
The shipping cost depends on your quantity and shipping address. Please inform us and we will check the detailed cost for you. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can also ask us to send the goods to them.

Q7: How about our payment terms:
Usually 30% deposit for goods, balance after receipt copy of shipping documents. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance , T/T, L/C, Western Union .
