20mm Carbonized Horizontal Bamboo Panel is flat pressed in one direction. It features a traditional, distinctive "knuckle" characteristic that repeats through the plank.
20mm Carbonized Horizontal Bamboo Panel is made of fine layers of bamboo strips laying in parallel order. The strips are kiln dried, sanded smooth and then laminated edge to edge to create a single-ply panel. These panels are then laminated again to each other to create a multi-ply bamboo plywood with free formaldehyde emission. The multi layers are cross-laminated and heat pressed together to provide stability and to prevent warping. 3-4 times more dimensionally stable then Oak. Bamboo plywood comes in 4'x8' unfinished sheets.
Carbonized color has a darker color tone, steamed in the pot for 15 minutes to change from natural to carbonized, it is also called caramel color.

The bamboo plywood is made of moso bamboo,the bamboo grows up to 1 meter per day and is a rapidly renewable resource for building materials.The bamboo plywood is widely used for flooring,decking,wall-covering,beams,boards and worktops,which meets the highest requirements in terms of use,safety and hardness.
We cut the bamboo into strip and select the strip into different thickness and structure.Then we dry the strip and make the structure as client required.There's vertical structure and horizontal structre.The vertical structure is more steady.
