Solid Bamboo Board Technical Data
Raw Bamboo Strips procedure of Carbonized and Drying :
--- All the bamboo bamboo material is natuarl bamboo, but all raw bamboo strips have been Carbonized through Steaming kiln at high tempratue 140 degree by 120 mins. And this treatment need 2 times. So bamboo board color is carbonized color. Carbonzied treament main purpose is to degrease and desugure etc. compotent in naural bamboo, meanwhile to kill worms or degerming the bamboo materials.Carbonized also is to less max. of mouldy odds for finished bamboo products.
--- All the bamboo raw strips need drying to 7-12% before prodcue to finished bamboo products. drying in kiln at 60 degree and takes 3-4 days .
Bamboo Board producing procedure:
Bamboo solid board is made of Mao bamboo with botany name of plants : phyllostachys pubescens with hot machine of pressure under 600-800 tons and temperate 100 degree around , with processing procedures of :
1st : bamboo plants split t into bamboo strips of size 19-22mm width, thickness 4-8mm.
2nd : bamboo strips through rough sanding and dimensions calibration .
3rd : Bamboo strips via steaming to get Carbonize color and to remove chemical components in bamboo like sugar, power etc so keep prevent bamboo from termite,fungi or mouldy etc...Steaming condition : 140ºC, 120 min. All need 2 times Carbonized .
4th : Drying bamboo strips in kiln final to keep a moisture at 6% to 8% around.Drying Condition: 60 degree by 3-4 days. All need 2 times drying treatment.
5th : Selection the bamboo strips quality to control Raw bamboo strips used all is A grade. No color tolerance , no insect holes, no defective edges etc.
6th : Cover glue on the bamboo strips
7th : Arrange bamboo strips to one layer bamboo panel, and hot pressed first.
8th: To laminated all multi-layers bamboo panels together under hot pressed machine.
9th : To sanding bamboo panels
10th : To trim bamboo panels to client's need dimensions
All bamboo panels are export base on FSC and compliant with ISO environment systerms, and quality inspection stricly as:
